Arzeto Duta (25), driver Shopee Food, dan kekasihnya, Ayuningtiyas Mega Lukito (24), mengalami penganiayaan oleh pelanggan berinisial T saat mengantar pesanan.<\/p>\n<p>Pemicu insiden ini adalah keterlambatan pesanan selama 5 menit, yang terjadi akibat sistem double order dan kemacetan lalu lintas karena kirab budaya. Walau sudah mendapat penjelasan, T tetap meluapkan amarahnya dengan membentak, memberikan rating bintang satu, serta melakukan kekerasan fisik terhadap pasangan tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Kasat Reskrim Polresta Sleman, AKP Wahyu Agha, mengatakan bahwa laporan pertama justru datang dari pacar korban. \u201cDriver ini boncengan sama pacarnya. Yang merasa mereka jambak dan ceke itu pacarnya. Jadi dia yang melaporkan,\u201d ujar Wahyu.<\/p>\n<p>Kejadian ini memicu kemarahan dari komunitas driver ojol. Sebagai bentuk solidaritas, ratusan pengemudi mendatangi rumah T pada Sabtu dini hari (5\/7\/2025). Dalam aksi tersebut, T yang bekerja di sektor pelayaran, akhirnya meminta maaf secara terbuka dan menyatakan siap mengikuti proses hukum.<\/p>\n<p>Saat ini penyelidikan masih berlangsung. Polisi menyatakan tengah mendalami kasus ini untuk menentukan langkah hukum selanjutnya terhadap pelaku.
