Magetan, bukaberita.co.id<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Sebuah kecelakaan maut terjadi di perlintasan kereta api tanpa palang otomatis di Kelurahan Mangge, Kecamatan Barat, Kabupaten Magetan, Jawa Timur, Senin (19\/5\/2025) siang. Kereta Api Malioboro Ekspres menabrak 7 sepeda motor yang sedang melintas, menewaskan 4 orang dan melukai 4 lainnya.<\/h6>\n
Insiden memilukan ini terjadi sekitar pukul 13.00 WIB. Saat itu, Kereta Api Matarmaja baru saja melintas dan petugas perlintasan membuka palang pintu. Beberapa pengendara motor pun mulai menyeberangi rel. Namun nahas, dari arah berlawanan, KA Malioboro Ekspres melaju dan langsung menghantam para pengendara yang belum sempat menyeberang sepenuhnya.<\/h6>\n
Perlintasan tersebut tidak memiliki sistem palang otomatis. Menurut dugaan, terjadi miskomunikasi atau kelalaian dalam prosedur pembukaan palang. Karena petugas mengira tidak ada kereta lain yang akan melintas setelah KA Matarmaja.<\/h6>\n
Insiden inu menyebabkan 4 orang tewas seketika di lokasi kejadian, mereka adalah:<\/h6>\n

    Sementara itu, 4 korban lainnya mengalami luka-luka dan segera mendapat perawatan di RSUD dr. Sayidiman Magetan serta RSAU Lanud Iswahjudi. Polisi saat ini tengah memeriksa petugas penjaga perlintasan untuk mendalami penyebab pasti kecelakaan dan memastikan apakah ada unsur kelalaian dalam prosedur pembukaan palang pintu.
